Happy Mother's Day!

Being a mom has not made me the incredible, patient, kind, loving human being I've always wanted to be. I thought I'd be able to raise saints that were kind, thoughtful, and respectful girls that would always put others before themselves. Not happening as planned! However, I am raising girls with great coping skills and a fantastic sense of humor! I am satisfied with that :)

On this glorious Mother's Day I would like to thank my mom for giving me the things that have made me a better person than I could ever have been without her influence: my sense of worth, my safety net (she'll always be there for me, no matter how badly I screw up!), my problem solving skills, and my eternal optimism. Thank you, Mommy, I love you!!

Bree, What an incredible way to start my day! What a wonderful gift. Everything you say I do for you, you return to me multiplied with love and joy. You were the first ne to show me the world through my child's eyes and gave me a new understanding for every aspect of life. I discovered motherhood with you and everyday with you has taught me something new. I did not raise you, my love, we raised each other. Mommy
